Happy Mid-Autumn Festival

More often than not, Sunday is a lovely day. (Though chunks of housechores to be done later.)
Before I post about my Saturday's post, I felt compelled to apologise to my 2 lovelies - Von & Irene, for not being able to join both of you last night. I hope you (Von) are feeling better and both of you haven't drink too much.

Yesterday we went to Jason's (another) cousin's birthday chalet celebration. Fyn was asking, "Jason has a big family,is it?" Ya...Every now and then, it's always one birthday follow by another.

I waited for the red car to come and of cos' spend no time wasting cam whoring. Lolx.
It was a pretty sun-shiny day and we decided to drive to Thomson Plaza for lunch.


They have weird combi for their set. Pandan cake and garlic toast? The pandan cake is stiff de lo.

Thomson Plaza's Hans' staff have some bad memories. Their staff kept coming to our table and asked if it was our orders.
Jason has his plain old fashion Fish & Chips and greedy me had thier Scrambled egg plus Sausages AND still add on a Spicy Tuna whole meal bread.
I thought their scrambled egg doesn't comes with toast so I thought it's safe to order sandwiches.


When this was served, I looked at Jason with the 'uh ho' look. So friends, if you are ever gonna eat their breakfast items (even after breakfast hours), just rem' those eggs comes with toast.Don't go and kay-kiang like me go and order sandwiches and overdo the whole thing.

We had intended to walk down to the Ms Clarity Cafe down the stretch, (They have the Twin Divine cake which is featured in the Yummiest Cakes List) when Jason's mum called. We have to detour back to get the car and fetch her.

It was a long ride to the Safra chalet. There are alot of times I almost dozed off in the car and I wondered how do drivers take the long,monotonous ride?


The chalet looks different from Shaowei's 21st (Holycow! That's already 3 years back!) chalet. Maybe it's different units but honestly their chalets look good! Glass panels, flat screen TV,marble tiles,big toilets etc.

We went to the bowling alley to find the kids first. Found them at the arcade and it is indeed a very bo liao arcade. Well...at least, we played one of those old SEGA games together. Lucky there isn't any football games available.

What I wore yesterday.

I was SOooooo bored when we went back to the chalet again. Stupid Jason quickly grabbed the opportunity to play the game when he has the chance to AND still have the cheek to tell me he played awhile only and why give him attitude? He didn't say I gave him attitude directly but he meant that. I had no place to sit and left standing there while his eyes are glued to the damn game! I was left in such an awkard situation and felt like an idiot there.

Thank God my friend called me for a chat (but much later also...) to save me outta my bordom! But that was after Jason finished playing but I was a lil' pissed then and I don't feel like entertaining him, so I went on talking to my friend for close to a hour.

It was a quick buffet dinner afterwhich and then EPL. SIAN,SIAN,SIAN!

Non Man Utd supports were cheering for Liverpool and I was half dreaming,half trying to submerged in the stupid football frenzy atmosphere.
I tell you, if it is possible...Jason would just cont'd to sit infront the TV throughout the night. I really feel like burning him off IF his family aren't such nice persons.

It was his cousin's 21st birthday and I think I forgot how was my own 21st birthday. Jason asked me to read my blog archives. -__- I have bad memories! 21 years old, can you believe it has been 3 years and soon coming 4 years since? Gee.....It is scary!

That was "our" present for the bday gal. Jason bought that for me initially and can anyone just tell me this is PURPLE, not PINK? He thinks it's very nice and says it's pink? T.T Obviously that is more like fuschia than pink,if not just purple loh. I have not use it till now and quite a matter of factly, it isn't a kinda of design that I would fancy. (Despite he told me the retail costs is $129.)

I finally convinced him to give that away as a present. Better that than it continues rotting in my cupboard. I am not that big of a fan of PUMA anymore.Original Adidas anytime!


Late night bowling, another thing which I don't do. I am just not the sort that would do something that I don't usually do. Imagine I be spontaneous and bowl with them that night...I would be the godamn LOSER cum JOKER of the night lo.

That's about all. I glad 9-13 passes with no major news though I think there are indeed earthqaukes around those affected countries within the Ring of Fire??
